We are pleased to announce the successful completion, installation and official operation of our custom two-story container coffee shop project, a landmark case in our commercial modular container catering building product line.
This project is fully customized based on the client’s business positioning and site environment, adopting a flexible L-shaped two-story container composite layout. The building features a warm beige industrial-style corrugated container appearance, paired with a large floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass facade, which not only retains the unique texture of the container structure, but also creates a bright, open indoor and outdoor leisure space. The first floor is equipped with a coffee production area, indoor and outdoor seating areas, and the second floor is designed with a leisure lounge and a terrace, fully meeting the functional needs of commercial coffee operation and customer experience.
Different from traditional construction, this container coffee shop adopts a 100% factory prefabrication mode. All the main structure welding, interior decoration, water and electricity pipeline pre-embedding, and even brand logo installation are completed in our standardized workshop. This greatly shortens the on-site construction period, reduces construction noise and waste, and the entire building can be hoisted and assembled on site in a very short time, and can be put into operation quickly after completion.
Built with a heavy-duty galvanized steel frame, the entire building has excellent waterproof, fireproof, wind-resistant and corrosion-resistant performance, which can adapt to long-term stable operation in various outdoor environments such as parks, scenic spots, commercial plazas and resorts. The successful operation of this project fully proves our industry-leading custom design capabilities and full-process service capabilities for commercial modular container buildings.
