This project is fully customized based on the client’s site conditions and functional requirements, featuring a flexible multi-module composite layout. It includes a two-story main structure with a spacious terrace, a sunshade canopy leisure area, and a large panoramic glass facade design, which perfectly balances the industrial style of the container structure with a bright, open interior space. The modular design allows for free layout adjustment, fully meeting the diverse needs of commercial office, reception center, park supporting facilities and creative space scenarios.
Different from traditional construction, the entire building adopts a 100% factory prefabrication mode. All the main structure, frame welding, interior pre-decoration, and electrical & water pipeline pre-embedding are completed in our standardized workshop, which greatly reduces on-site construction time, noise and construction waste. The modular units are transported as a whole to the site, and can be quickly hoisted and assembled, with the main structure installation completed in a very short construction period.
Built with heavy-duty galvanized steel frame, the building has excellent waterproof, fireproof, wind-resistant and seismic performance, ensuring long-term stable use in various outdoor environments.
