Q2: How durable and safe are these houses? Can they withstand wind and rain?
A: Our products are built to high standards to ensure safety and durability:Wind & Earthquake Resistance: Most steel-structured products (like Apple Cabins and Space Capsules) can withstand Level 11 winds and Magnitude 8 earthquakes. Hotel tents can resist Level 10 winds.
Lifespan: Steel structure houses have a lifespan of 30-50+ years; hotel tents last approximately 15 years.
Materials: Constructed with seismic-resistant steel structures (e.g., 100mm100mm or 100mm150mm square tubes), aviation aluminum plates, or galvanized steel for stability.

Q3: How is the thermal insulation performance? Are they suitable for extreme weather?
A: We prioritize energy efficiency; all our houses feature excellent insulation:Insulation Materials: Walls and roofs are filled with EPS, XPS, or PU polyurethane insulation materials (Space Capsules primarily use PU).
Windows & Doors: Equipped with standard double-glazed tempered glass (some with Low-E coating) and thermally broken aluminum windows/doors to effectively isolate heat and cold.
Adaptability: Suitable for both cold and hot regions. When paired with optional electric heating/floor heating or central air conditioning, indoor comfort is maintained year-round.

Q4: How are the houses transported and installed after purchase? Do we need to arrange the crane ourselves?
Transportation: We arrange transport via standard trucks (17.5m semi-trailers) directly to your project site, accessible via national highways.
Lifting: Upon arrival, the client needs to hire a local crane service (we recommend a crane with a capacity of at least 25 tons, as single unit weights range from 5-10 tons). Our technical team will arrive early to guide the lifting process.
Foundation Prep: Before installation, the client must complete on-site engineering for water supply, electricity, sewage lines, and load-bearing foundations according to our provided drawings.
Rapid Installation: The Expansion Box series allows for rapid deployment ("4 people, 10 minutes per unit"). Once utilities are connected and tested, the unit is ready for handover.

Q5: Are the interiors delivered as shells or fully decorated? What facilities are included?
A: All products are delivered fully decorated and ready to move in:Standard Features: Includes full interior decoration (bamboo wood fiber boards/crystal carbon boards, etc.), electrical and plumbing systems, and lighting. Space Capsules come with standard central air conditioning and bathrooms.
Flooring & Sanitary Ware: Options include composite wood flooring, SPC waterproof flooring, or wear-resistant plastic flooring; most models include a complete bathroom system.
Optional Features: Air conditioning (if not standard), electric floor heating, motorized curtains, whole-house smart systems, cabinetry, and furniture can be added upon request.
